The American Centers of India are inviting talented individuals across the country to create a Logo Design that will be displayed across the full range of American Center activities - burnishing their brand in India and helping strengthen India - U.S. ties. The winning designer, if eligible for a U.S. visa, will receive a 10-day fellowship in the United States to visit some of America’s top creative institutions.
Ten high school student artists from across Texas gathered today in Austin along with their families and teacher sponsors for the Drive a Clean Machine Logo Design Studio Contest awards ceremony hosted by state Sen. Kip Averitt (R-Waco), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Natural Resources.

We all know the feeling- We need to lose 10 pounds because we aren’t able to fit into our favorite pair of skinny jeans after the festive season. I myself used to loathe the period after the Christmas Holiday when I had piled on a couple of pounds. I tried it all from making New Years resolutions which I never kept to joining my local weight watchers club but nothing seemed to work. And it appears that I’m not alone. On average Americans put on 5lbs over the holidays when the Turkey is flowing freely and it’s to cold to go and exercise. But there is a way to stop putting on weight over the holidays and in life in general by following some simple steps.
The best way to lose weight is to make healthy choices. For breakfast instead of having that fry-up with bacon, eggs and sausages why not try cereal or fruit. Fruit and cereal release energy over a longer period of time thus keeping you fuller for longer. For lunch why not have pasta which is also a slow energy releasing food and you could have raw vegetables such as cucumber and pepper to spice it up a bit.

Finland Requires a License for best pepper spray
In Finland it is classified as a device governed by the firearm act and possession of pepper spray requires a license. Licenses are issued for defensive purposes and to individuals working jobs where such a device is needed such as the private security sector. Government organizations such as defense forces and police are exempt. Concentrations are also limited to 5% active ingredient in OC sprays and 2%/2% in combinations sprays such as CN/OC.
In Germany best pepper sprays labelled for the purpose of defense against animals may be owned and carried by anyone (even minors). Such sprays are not legally considered as weapons 1 WaffG. Carrying it at (or on the way to and from) demonstrations may still be punished Sprays that are not labelled “animal defense spray” or do not bear the test mark of the Materialprfungsanstalt (MPA) (material testing institute) are classified as prohibited weapons. Justified use against humans as self-defense is allowed. CS sprays bearing a test mark of the MPA may be owned and carried by anyone over the age of.
