Members of the Assembly Appropriations Committee stripped the proposed ban on civilian sales from Leno’s AB 1237 after examining the two stun gun bills. Leno said yesterday he was disappointed, insisting that taser gun stun guns are dangerous weapons in the hands of criminals. California legislators will revisit the issue when they truly understand that, he predicted.
Leno noted that taser stun gun’s Web site says that 92 percent of people hit with the stun gun have no memory of the incident, making taser c2s a powerful tool in the hands of criminals and gang members.”This is a dangerous weapon to have on the streets of California, and there will be a day in the state’s future where they will be banned,” Leno said.
His original AB 1237 not only proposed to outlaw civilian sales but also called for the state to conduct and pay for independent safety studies into cheap stun guns use. It also required law enforcement agencies to file detailed reports on all stun master firings to the state. Amendments to AB 1237 still provide for a study on the health effects of using a taser gun on humans, but the bill now states the study will “be completed with private funding only.”

Our answer is always the same, and it’s a strategy we use all the time in our own real estate investing, even though we’ve been investing in real estate for years.
The hands-down, no argument, absolute fastest way to make money in real estate is through buying a property low, at a great price, and then flipping it off to another real estate investor who can still sell it at a profit.
Some real estate gurus refer to this as wholesaling because you are going into the property up front with the idea that you may not sell it to an end buyer.
That is, many wholesale properties are acquired by one real estate investor and sold to another real estate investor who plans to resell the property to someone who plans to live in the property and use it as their home.
Wholesaling real estate is not a lot different from wholesaling anything else.
The trick is to buy at the right price, which means you really need to know the value of properties before you start your wholesale buying program.
The second trick is to build a strong list of real estate investor buyers so that you can turn your wholesale deals quickly.

Let’s say you bought a house and fixed it up for a total of $100,000, and you sold it for $150,000, meaning you made a $50,000 profit, and you did it in 4 months.
If you also paid interest at 12% per year (1% per month) on the $100,000 you borrowed, you would pay $4,000 in interest for that 4 month period.
